Ability to change page layout

I love the website I have with apexmega, I just wish I could move things around. I like the news in the center and the main image at the top but I wish I could move the widgets around where I wanted them, as well as change the size. Or beable to have our links anywhere like at the very bottom of the page, or the very top, or very top under the main image. Some form of drag and drop thing would be awsome. But id really like the ability to just move the widgets around to diffrent places. Like having the newst forum posts be at the bottom but instead of a small box its stretched out so people can actualy read it easily.
