"Seen"-fuction for members of the forums

Hey. I'd like a "seen" function to exist on the website, much like it exists on Facebook. It would let us keep track of which members are active and reading on the forums, as it's a requirement of ours. The idea is simple enough: When a member has clicked a topic, their name will show up in the "seen" tab.
