List of people liking a post/thread

Right now, when someone likes a thread, it will only show as " Someone likes this topic." To me, this feature should display who likes the thread, for example how the 'News' section likes work where there's a list of people who has liked that news post. I would suggest with the same approach as the thumbs up or down works right now on applications, with a mouse-over script over the 'thumbs up' button.
